Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your order status to change. If you cannot track your order please contact our support centre here.

Please allow us the full amount of days of the service you have chosen for your parcel to be delivered.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer - Cazabella?

All orders are shipped with a reputable courier company.

Standard shipping – (3–7 days) – R60.00

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

I wasn’t there to collect my delivery

Don’t worry, if the courier company failed to make delivery, they will contact you shortly to reschedule a new delivery time.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the Republic of South Africa. Check back soon as we open up to the rest of the world.
