In order to purchase on our website you need to create an account by simply entering your email address and creating a password.
Follow the simple instructions including selecting your shipping and payment method.

I have a missing item from my order?

If an item is missing, the quickest way to resolve it is, creating a ticket in your account here with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

I have received the incorrect item?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
The quickest way to resolve your issue is by creating a ticket in your account here with your order number and the incorrect item's name and product number.
We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

I have received a faulty item?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
The quickest way to resolve your issue is by creating a ticket in your account here with your order number and the faulty item's name, product number, and picture if possible.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your order status to change. If you cannot track your order please click here to contact our Customer Service Team.
If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Do I have to create an account to order from Cazabella?

Yes, should you wish to purchase though our website, you are required to create an account which is as simple as entering your email address and creating a password. Simple as that!

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone. Click here to shop.

Can I send items as a gift?

Yes, you can! Please make sure that you insert the correct delivery address of where we should send the gift.
When sending a gift voucher, please make sure that details are 100% correct, as these are sent via email and we cannot make changes if sent to the wrong email address.

When will and item be back in stock?

We only restock certain items. Unfortunately, you will need to check back every two weeks to see if the item you have been eyeing out is back in stock.

Why was my order cancelled?

There are two possible reasons for your order being cancelled:
You have selected payment by EFT and this has not reflected within 48 hours
OR
Cazabella was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
